DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS- The size of the printed piece will be the same as the document size listed under Page Setup in the application program. Jobs will be cut down about 1/16" to original size.
- Front and Back of document should be setup as two separate pages, do not create ..both sides in a single file or page.
- Files should be setup at a minimum of 300dpi resolution.
- Files must be saved in CMYK format.
- All solid Black areas should be composed as a combination:
- CYAN 50%, MAGENTA 50%, YELLOW 50%, and BLACK 100%.
- If your job needs to be in grey tones, you must not have any
"CYAN, MAGENTA, or YELLOW" in your channels.A perfect grey would be:
CYAN= 0%, MAGENTA=0%, YELLOW=0%, and BLACK= 50%.If you need a grey to be lighter or darker, it would be determined by the amount of black you add to your black channel.
- A .25 inch bleed area "MUST" be included in your art work for cutting purposes.
A bleed is an extra area outside of your file that is trimmed to insure proper cuts. Please keep all important images and text 1/4 inch from all sides to allow room from cutting. Background images and color should extend to the desired size of the flyer.
We require bleeds for all print jobs. No Exceptions. If bleed is not included in your final print files then you run the risk of your job being miscut. We are not responsible for any cutting errors if a job is submitted with out bleed.

Incorrect Bleed* The red border represents the live area that is subject to cutting. As you can see With the incorrect Proof the logos and some of the information will be cut off since they are placed in the live area. Looking at the Correct proof the client left enough room between the edge of the canvas and their text to avoid the text from being cut.
