Does my artwork require digitizing?
Yes. Every new logo must be digitized before it can be embroidered. Digitizing converts your artwork into a specialized embroidery file that tells the embroidery machine where, how and in what order to place each stitch. This is a one-time setup cost. Future orders using the same unchanged artwork will not require another digitizing fee.
What artwork format works best for embroidery?
Vector artwork is required for the embroidery upload. Submit AI, EPS, PDF or SVG vector artwork. If you do not have vector artwork, request a hat quote and describe your available file before ordering.
Is embroidery included with my hat order?
Professional front embroidery is included with the listed hat products. Available logo placements, personalization options and any applicable digitizing charge are shown in the individual product calculator.
Can I order multiple hat colors?
Yes, but each hat color may need to be placed as a separate order with its own quantity. Review the color-ordering instructions on the selected product page before checkout.
Is 3D puff embroidery available?
3D puff embroidery may be available for suitable logos with bold shapes, thick lettering and simplified details. Our production team will review your artwork and recommend flat embroidery or 3D puff based on what will stitch best.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Your artwork and embroidery setup are reviewed before production. When a proof is required, production begins after the proof is approved along with payment and any necessary digitizing.
How long does production take?
Most custom apparel orders are completed in approximately 7–10 business days after payment, artwork approval and proof approval. Product availability, order quantity, digitizing and specialty options can affect production time. Shipping transit time is additional.
Do you ship custom hats nationwide?
Yes. Elite Flyers is based in Miami and ships custom embroidered hats throughout the United States. International shipping options are also available.
