Our Premium 16pt Business Cards are the standard business card stock at Elite Flyers. They provide a thicker, more substantial presentation than the 14pt card stock commonly offered by other printers, while remaining our least expensive and fastest-turnaround business card option.
Premium 16pt Business Card Options
Order as few as 100 cards or as many as 25,000. For faster service, quantities of 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 can be upgraded to Next Business Day Production for a higher cost by selecting that option in the production-turnaround dropdown. Choose full-color printing on one side or both sides.
Standard, Square, and European Card Sizes
Choose the traditional 2 × 3.5-inch US business card, the 2.125 × 3.375-inch European size, compact rectangular formats, or square cards. The standard US size fits most business card holders, while the square and alternate sizes provide a more distinctive presentation.
UV Gloss, Matte, Spot UV, and Rounded Corners
Choose UV gloss for a bright, polished finish that makes colors appear more vibrant, or matte for a smooth, low-glare appearance. A mixed option provides UV gloss on the front and matte on the back. Spot UV is available for quantities of 500 or more when selected areas of the design need an added glossy highlight. Square and rounded-corner options are also available.

Artwork and Production
Upload print-ready artwork for the card size you select and review the proof carefully before approval. Next Business Day Production is available at a higher cost for quantities of 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 by selecting it from the production-turnaround dropdown. To count the current business day as a production day, the order must be paid and the proof approved by 8:59 AM Eastern Time. Orders completed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day. Shipping time is additional. Review the complete production timeline and cutoff policy before placing a time-sensitive order.
