Print Production Turnaround Guidelines

The print production timetable below is provided as a reference to help estimate when your project will be available—whether for shipping or local pickup.

Production Begins Only When All of the Following Are Complete:

  • Payment has been successfully processed and approved.
  • Your artwork has been uploaded, created, or emailed to us.
  • You have reviewed and approved your digital proof.
  • Your artwork has been reviewed and cleared by Elite Flyers for production.

Production Cut-Off Times

  • Rush Orders: If approved after 8:59 AM EST, production begins the next business day.
  • Standard Orders: If approved after 11:59 AM EST, production begins the next business day.

Please note: Shipping transit time is additional and should be considered when placing your order. Transit time is separate from production turnaround.

Important Notes:

  • Each product page includes specific production turnaround times in the product details section.
  • Estimated turnaround times exclude weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and national holidays.
  • Rush orders placed on Fridays after 9:00 AM EST will begin production on the next business day.
  • Standard orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM EST will begin production on the next business day.
  • Next Business Day Orders must be paid and approved before 8:59 AM EST.
  • Standard Production Orders must be paid and approved before 11:59 AM EST to count that day as the first production day.

Additional Information

We do not guarantee that an order will be completed on a specific day during production. We only guarantee that your order will be completed and ready for shipping or local pickup on or before the final day of the production schedule.

If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, power outages, or transportation delays (including airline issues), Elite Flyers will make every reasonable effort to complete and ship your order on time. However, by placing an order, the customer agrees not to hold Elite Flyers liable under such conditions.

Next Business Day Production

NEXT BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND: Available for orders of Specified Business Cards, Flyers, and Postcards only.  Order must be approved and paid for before 8:59AM EST Time. Your order will ship the next day or be ready for pickup between 3-8PM EST Time.

Two to Three Business Day Production Turnaround

2-3 DAY TURNAROUND: Order must be approved and paid for before 11:59AM EST Time to count that day as a production day. If you place your order on or after 12PM EST Time, your order will begin production the next business day (production day 1) and be ready to ship or for pickup before the 3rd business day between 3-8PM EST Time

Three to Five Business Day Production Turnaround

3-5 DAY TURNAROUND: Order must be approved and paid for before 11:59AM EST Time to count that day as a production day. If you place your order on or after 12PM EST Time, your order will begin production the next business day (production day 1) and be ready to ship or for pickup before the 5th business day between 3-8PM EST Time

Five to Seven Business Day Production Turnaround

5-7 DAY TURNAROUND: Order must be approved and paid for before 11:59AM EST Time to count that day as a production day. If you place your order on or after 12PM EST Time, your order will begin production the next business day (production day 1) and be ready to ship or for pickup before the 7th business day between 3-8PM EST Time

Seven to Ten Business Day Production Turnaround

7-10 DAY TURNAROUND: Order must be approved and paid for before 11:59AM EST Time to count that day as a production day. If you place your order on or after 12PM EST Time, your order will begin production the next business day (production day 1) and be ready to ship or for pickup before the 10th business day between 3-8PM EST Time
