Use this form to report an issue with an existing Elite Flyers order. Include your order number, a description of the concern and the quantity affected.
Before you submit
Report production defects within seven (7) business days of delivery. Keep the entire order and original packaging. Do not return products until you receive written authorization.
Add clear photos of the issue and packaging when available. For a missing shipment, leave the delivery date blank and explain the situation below.
