Custom Sport-Tek ST680 Polo Options
Order as few as one polo, with quantity choices through 144. Choose shirt sizes XS–4XL and enter the quantity needed for each size. Your size breakdown must total the order quantity. The maximum embroidery area is 4 × 4 inches per chest location.
Shirt Sizes and Larger-Size Pricing
XS–XL have no additional size charge. Add $2 per 2XL shirt, $5 per 3XL shirt, or $6 per 4XL shirt. These charges apply only to the quantity entered for each larger size.
Moisture-Wicking Micro-Mesh Polos
The ST680 combines lightweight micro-mesh fabric with moisture-wicking performance and snag resistance, making it a practical choice for active teams and professional uniforms.
Left and Right Chest Embroidery
Choose embroidery on the left chest, right chest, or both. You can omit either location when only one embroidered logo is needed. Pricing includes up to 10,000 stitches per selected chest location. If your design requires more stitches, request a quote before ordering.

Artwork and Production
Digitizing is $50.00 per new logo. A different new logo on the other chest requires its own $50.00 digitizing fee. Reorders using the logo already on file do not pay this fee again. When using the same logo on both chest locations, select “Same Logo As Front Side” for the right-chest setup to avoid an additional digitizing fee. Embroidery is priced separately for each selected placement. Standard production is 7–10 business days, and design assistance is available as an order option.
