Printing Production Timelines for Elite Flyers
The production timelines below are provided as a general reference to help estimate when your order may be ready for shipping or local pickup. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
For fastest turnaround, we recommend placing your order and approving your proof as early in the day as possible.
Production Does Not Begin Until:
- Payment has been successfully processed
- Artwork has been submitted
- Proof has been approved
- Files have been cleared for production
Orders missing any of the above requirements will not enter production and may delay turnaround.
Quick Turnaround Guide
The guide below is only a general estimate. Each product page includes the specific production turnaround based on the product, quantity, and finishing options selected.
Estimated next business day production may be available on select products. Orders must be approved and paid before 8:59 AM Eastern Time.
If you need your order before the weekend, the order must be paid, proof approved, and cleared for production no later than 8:59 AM Eastern Time on Thursday to be ready for pickup or shipping Friday afternoon, typically between 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST.
Most print products fall within an estimated 2–3 or 3–5 business day production window depending on specifications.
Foil, raised UV, velvet, laminated stocks, lenticular, and custom projects may require an estimated 5–24 business days.

Orders approved after cut-off begin production the next business day. Turnaround excludes weekends and holidays.
Next Business Day Production
Available for select business cards, flyers, and postcards. Orders must be approved and paid before 8:59 AM EST to begin production that day.
Orders approved after the cutoff on Thursday will begin production Friday and will be completed and ready for pickup Monday afternoon.
Most pickup orders are completed between 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST.
2–3 Business Day Production
Orders approved before 11:59 AM EST will begin production that day. Orders approved after will begin the next business day.
3–5 Business Day Production
Standard turnaround for most orders depending on specifications and finishing requirements.
5–7 Business Day Production
Recommended for larger runs and laminated products requiring additional handling.
7–10 Business Day Production
Used for specialty products and complex finishing processes.
Some specialty products may require longer production times depending on the product, quantity, material, and finishing selected.
Completion times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders early and approving proofs as soon as possible.
