Preparing Your Calendar Artwork
Supply one complete PDF in reading order with exactly the selected page count. Include 0.125 inch bleed on every edge, use CMYK artwork at 300 dpi, and keep important text and images clear of the binding and any hanging hole. Check dates, holidays and spelling before approval.
The downloadable PDFs are year-neutral artwork size guides. They do not include dates or month grids. Remove all guide lines and guide text before submitting your finished calendar artwork.

What paper stocks can I choose?
100lb Gloss Book is the lighter option. 100lb Gloss Cover is the heavier option. The selected stock is used throughout the calendar, including its covers. Neither option has an added coating.
Is full-color printing on both sides included?
Yes. All calendars include full-color printing on both sides and spiral binding.
Can I add a hanging hole?
Yes. Choose No Hole, or a 1/8, 1/4, 5/16 or 7/16 inch hole punch. The calculator includes the selected drilling charge.
Do the downloadable guides include dates?
No. The PDF downloads are year-neutral artwork size guides with trim, bleed and safe-area lines. Supply your own dates, month grids and calendar design.
How should I supply my artwork?
