Choose Your Size, Shape and Thickness

Sizes: 3.5-inch or 4-inch diameter for round coasters; 3.5 x 3.5 inches or 4 x 4 inches for square coasters.
Material: white high-density pulpboard in 35pt, 55pt, or 80pt thickness.
Quantities: 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000.

35pt offers a lighter feel, 55pt adds thickness, and 80pt is the thickest option. The calculator shows the price for your selected stock.

Full-Color Printing on One or Both Sides

The base price includes four-color process digital printing on one side (4/0), with standard setup included. Choose 4/4 to print both sides, using the same design or different front and back artwork. Full-bleed backgrounds can extend to the coaster edge.

Front-to-back rotational alignment is not guaranteed. Avoid artwork that depends on the two sides lining up precisely. Heavy UV ink coverage reduces absorbency, and the natural brightness of the pulpboard may vary slightly.

Artwork Preparation

Prepare artwork for your selected coaster size and shape in CMYK at 300 DPI. Extend backgrounds through the full bleed and keep text, logos, and QR codes within the centered imprint area.

3.5-inch coasters: 3.625-inch full bleed; 3.5-inch finished size; 3-inch imprint area for important content.
4-inch coasters: 4.125-inch full bleed; 4-inch finished size; 3.5-inch imprint area for important content.

For round coasters, these measurements are diameters. For square coasters, they apply to both width and height. Use the correct production template for the selected shape.

For two-sided printing, identify the front and back artwork clearly. Front-to-back rotational alignment is not guaranteed. Check spelling, image resolution, placement, and the selected options before approving the proof.

Production and Delivery

Production is 5–7 business days after payment, usable artwork, and proof approval are complete. Shipping transit time is additional. Confirm your size, shape, stock, quantity, and printing sides in the calculator before ordering.

What sizes and shapes can I order?

Choose 3.5-inch or 4-inch coasters in Circle or Square. Round sizes refer to the diameter; square sizes measure 3.5 x 3.5 inches or 4 x 4 inches.

What is the difference between the stocks?

All three options use white high-density pulpboard. Choose 35pt for a lighter coaster, 55pt for a thicker feel, or 80pt for the thickest option.

Is full-color printing included?

Yes. The base price includes full-color printing on one side and standard setup. Select 4/4 for full-color printing on both sides; the calculator includes the additional printing and setup.

Can each side have a different design?

Yes. With 4/4 selected, choose Same Art Both Sides or New Art For Backside. Front-to-back rotational alignment is not guaranteed, so avoid designs that require the two sides to line up.

What quantities are available?

Order 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, or 10,000 coasters per configuration.

How should I prepare artwork?

Use a 3.625-inch full-bleed document for a 3.5-inch coaster, or 4.125 inches for a 4-inch coaster. Keep important content within the centered 3-inch or 3.5-inch imprint area, respectively. Follow the selected circle or square shape and supply CMYK artwork at 300 DPI.

Does heavy ink coverage affect absorbency?

Yes. Greater coverage from the digitally printed UV inks reduces absorbency. The white pulpboard may also vary slightly in brightness.

How long does production take?
